We don't offer refunds. You can cancel any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.
Agency is $149 a month, or $1490 a year. It includes 5 seats for the agency. There is no limit on clients. There is no location pool and no trial. Each client pays their own Starter or Growth plan. There is no consolidated invoice. Each client gets a monthly ROI report. There is no report that combines every client. White-label is not built.

A reply playbook sets tone, sign-off, do and don't lists, banned phrases, and escalation rules. Presets cover general, healthcare, dental, med spa, restaurant, and trades. Healthcare and dental presets do not confirm patient status or discuss treatment in a public reply. Offers start at none. You accept or dismiss playbook suggestions. Linked clients can inherit an agency master playbook while the Agency plan is active. A client override wins. You still approve each draft.
A free plan is $0 for 1 location and 1 widget. No card required. It includes up to 25 manual email review requests a month, with no CSV upload and no SMS. AI drafts stay within the free plan's limits. New reviews land in your inbox automatically. Powered by TrustMetrics stays on.

You can cancel any time from Billing.
Billing opens the Stripe customer portal.
