Is this a trial?
No. It is a free plan at $0. The 14-day trial is only on Starter, and that trial needs a card.
Does the widget change my rank or my bookings?
No. It shows the Google reviews you already have. It does not change your position on Google, and it does not book appointments.
How often do reviews update?
New reviews land in your inbox automatically. That is the same on the free plan and on paid plans.
Can I hide Powered by TrustMetrics?
Not on the free plan. The line stays on, and it is clickable. Growth and Scale can hide it.
