Cookies

Analytics stay off until you accept. The choice is stored in one cookie, tm_consent, on this device. Reject leaves the analytics tools unloaded. Cookie settings in the footer lets you change it.

If you accept, and a Google Analytics measurement id is set for this site, we load Google Analytics. That tells us which pages people open. We also load Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which tell us which pages are used and how fast they load. We do not use them to sell your data.

The product

Data is hosted in the United States. We do not host it in the EU or the UK.

Sub-processors include Supabase, Vercel, Stripe, and Resend. Twilio is used only if you connect your own account, on Growth and up.

AI drafts go through Vercel AI Gateway and Anthropic. Google is used for the Business Profile connection.

The draft position is England and Wales law, UK GDPR, and a draft DPA. The signed notice will replace this draft.
