These terms are a draft. Do not treat them as the signed terms.

TrustMetrics Ltd is registered in England and Wales. The company number is 12596565. The registered office is 20-22 Wenlock Road, London, England, N1 7GU.

Trial

Only Starter has a 14-day trial. A card is required. One trial per customer.

Growth, Scale, and Agency have no trial. A plan change does not start one.

About 3 days before the first charge, we send an email. It shows the plan, the amount, and the date. It also has a link to manage or cancel.

Cancel before the 14-day Starter trial ends and you won't be charged.

Price and tax

Prices are in US dollars and exclude tax. A UK company pays UK VAT on top.

Refunds

We don't offer refunds. You can cancel any time from Billing. You keep access until the end of the period you've paid for.

Cancel

• You can cancel any time from Billing.
• Billing opens the Stripe customer portal.
• Cancel takes effect at the end of the paid period.
• You keep access until then, and you can undo the cancel before then.
• Nothing is deleted.
• There is no contract and no minimum term.

Product limits

We do not gate reviews. Widgets do not change your rank.

You approve each reply, then copy it to Google. Posting straight to Google is coming soon.

Extra seats are not for sale. SMS means you connect your own Twilio account, on Growth and up. The free plan has no SMS.
