The problem

Customers check your reviews before they ring you

Before someone books, they look you up on Google Maps. They compare your stars, how many reviews you have and how recent they are, against the place down the road.

  • 74%

care about reviews from the last three months

  • 47%

will not use a business with fewer than 20 reviews

  • Most owners know they should ask. Then the customer leaves, the next one walks in, and the link never gets sent. Replies slip too. Most people expect a business to answer reviews, but only about half of owners do. Run more than one site and it gets harder. You hear about the one that's slipping from a customer.

Four steps

How it works

  1. 01

    Connect your Google profiles.

Sign in to Google once, then pick your locations from Google's list. New reviews land in your inbox automatically.

  2. 02

    Ask every customer.

The free plan includes up to 25 manual emails a month. Starter adds CSV upload and more requests. Everyone gets the same Google link.

  3. 03

    Answer every review.

On paid plans, AI drafts a reply to every review. You approve it and copy it to Google.

  4. 04

    Hear when something changes.

We alert you if a rating starts to slip, and a monthly ROI report shows how your reviews are doing.

Requests

Ask every customer

Import your customers and send a review email. Everyone gets the same Google link.

  • The free plan includes up to 25 manual emails a month.
  • Starter adds CSV upload and more requests.
  • SMS is coming soon. On Growth and up, you will connect your own Twilio account.

Replies

A calm answer for the next customer

On paid plans, AI drafts a reply to every review. Approve it, copy it to Google in a click, and TrustMetrics tracks your response rate.

  • Set the tone once. Every draft follows it. You still approve the words.
  • Starter includes 100 drafts a month. Growth includes 1,000. Scale includes 3,000.
  • You can also write the reply yourself.
  • Posting straight to Google is coming soon.

Every location

Every location, without another login

Starter, Growth, and Scale include one inbox for every location you connect.

  • You get an alert if a rating starts to slip.
  • Scale also adds a location leaderboard.
  • Competitor tracking is coming soon. Growth will track 3 per location, and Scale 5.
  • A monthly ROI report shows how your reviews are doing.

Widgets

Show your Google total on your own site

On a customer site the widget uses that site's font and colours. This sample uses demo names and numbers.

  • Starter always shows the line Powered by TrustMetrics.
  • Growth and Scale can hide that line, and Google attribution stays.
  • An email signature badge shows your Google rating after 3 reviews. Before that, a placeholder.
  • Spotlight and wall layouts are not available yet.

FAQ

Answers before you start

Which plan includes a 14-day trial?
Only Starter includes it, a card is required, and each customer gets one trial. Growth, Scale, and Agency have no trial. About 3 days before the first charge, we email the plan, the amount, and the date.
Who approves the reply?
You do. On paid plans, AI drafts a reply to every review. Approve it, copy it to Google in a click, and TrustMetrics tracks your response rate. Posting straight to Google is coming soon.
Will a widget change my rank on Google?
No. A widget shows the Google total for that location on your site. It does not change your position on Google, and it is not an SEO product.
Is asking for a review allowed?
You may ask a customer for a Google review, and you may not pay for one. Do not send the public link only to happy people. TrustMetrics does not gate reviews. Read Google's rules and the FTC rule before you set a flow.
Do I need to be technical?
Sign in with an email code. An owner or admin signs in to Google once, then picks which Business Profile locations to bring in.
How do I cancel?
Cancel any time from Billing, and it takes effect at the end of the paid period. You keep access until then, and you can undo it before that date. Nothing is deleted, and there is no contract.
