Your imported reviews will be updated automatically every 24 hours, or on a weekly basis depending on your plan.

After the 7-day trial period, you will automatically be moved to the free plan. You will have access to all features included in the free plan, subject to the limits of that plan.

Never. We will never use an email address unless instructed by the company sending the data. We take your data seriously which is why all data is stored on a SSL 128 bits protected server.

We offer users the option to add or edit their business details. To do so, simply log in to your Trustmetrics account, navigate to the Business section, and update your information there.

Yes, you can customize the reviewer's questions on the review settings page in the Business section of Trustmetrics. By default, there are some questions provided, but you also have the ability to add new questions or edit existing ones according to your needs.

At this time, we do not offer the option for users to delete their accounts. However, if your account remains inactive for a period of 60 days, it will be automatically deleted.
